An awesome lunch last week at Le Patton in Avon. This was the lunch special, filet de julienne avec pomme de terre.... I am not sure what type of fish was served with the mashed potatoes, and I've never had a butterfly made from vegetables, but what art! And tasty, too. I failed to photograph the salad, even though I skipped the wine, but here is the dessert: a cream concoction with chopped pineapple at the bottom.
The topping was a light crumble, and the wafer thin cookie was as delicious as it was elegant....
