Frozen Delight (??)


Since I bought these a few weeks ago, each time I've opend the freezer, I've thought, "Oooh, a yummy chocolate cake," until more of the package is exposed or I remember that I bought these awhile back as a treat, and had not yet served them to the meat lovers in the house.

Sorry the photo is not quite clear. For some reason, I just couldn't hold my hand steady; these are also referred to as blood sausages.

Boudins noirs are so totally NOT for me.
